Overview
Strujic Labs builds websites, mobile apps, and related support experiences. This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, submit suggestions, use our apps, or use future Strujic Labs products and services.
Some apps may have product-specific privacy notices. When a product-specific notice exists, it supplements this policy for that product. If there is a direct conflict, the product-specific notice controls for that product.
Controller and Contact
Strujic Labs is responsible for this website and the Strujic Labs apps or services that link to this Privacy Policy. For privacy questions, rights requests, provider-information requests, support requests, or other notices, contact us at info@strujiclabs.com or use the support contact listed in the relevant app store or product page.
Information You Provide
We may collect information you choose to provide, including:
- name;
- email address;
- support topic;
- message content;
- product suggestions;
- app or product names connected to support requests;
- information you include in privacy, billing, refund, or legal requests.
Do not send full payment card numbers, sensitive account credentials, patient identifiers, protected health information, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a defined support or legal purpose.
Website Contact and Suggestion Forms
When you submit a contact or suggestion form on our website, the submission may be stored in our cloud systems and may be sent to Strujic Labs by email through an email delivery provider. We use these submissions to respond to you, provide support, review feedback, improve products, prevent abuse, and maintain records of requests.
The forms may also process standard technical information that is normally sent with web requests, such as IP address, device or browser details, timestamps, and request metadata. We use cloud hosting, serverless processing, database, abuse-prevention, app-attestation, and email delivery providers to operate these forms.
Information Stored Locally in Apps
Some Strujic Labs apps are designed to work with minimal data collection. Depending on the app, information may be stored locally on your device so the app works as expected. Examples include:
- favorite conversions;
- recent conversion history;
- settings such as appearance, precision, sorting, and paywall state;
- cached currency metadata or exchange-rate responses used to improve performance.
Local app data is generally not uploaded to our own server unless the app clearly provides a feature that requires server processing. You can remove local app data by using available in-app controls, where provided, or by deleting the app. Some local data may also be included in your device or cloud backup if your platform or device settings enable backups.
Information We Do Not Collect for Current Local-Only App Features
For current local-only conversion features, we do not require an account and do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, health records, conversion history, favorites, or unit preferences on our own servers.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to track you across apps and websites. If a future app adds accounts, analytics, advertising, AI processing, cloud sync, or other data features, this policy and applicable app store or product privacy information should be updated before or when that changed version is released.
Currency Conversion Requests
Currency conversion features require an internet connection. When you use currency features, an app may request currency lists and exchange rates from one or more third-party exchange-rate providers. Provider identity may change over time and can be requested through support where disclosure is required by applicable law.
Requests may include selected currency codes and standard technical information normally sent with web requests, such as IP address, network information, date, time, and user-agent data. We do not add your conversion history, favorites, account identifiers, or advertising identifiers to those requests unless a future feature clearly explains otherwise.
Purchases, Subscriptions, Trials, and Refunds
Subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, in-app purchases, refunds, and payment processing are generally handled by the app store, payment processor, or platform provider used for the purchase. We do not receive your full payment card number.
Apps may use platform purchase frameworks to check whether premium access should be unlocked, restore purchases, confirm subscription status, and support refund or billing-related requests. App stores, payment processors, or other platform providers may process purchase, device, account, tax, fraud-prevention, refund, and subscription data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Where platform rules allow or require it, we may share limited purchase-consumption information with the platform provider to help evaluate refund requests, prevent fraud, or comply with store policies. This may include whether premium content or features were accessed, but it should not include unrelated app data.
Analytics, Ads, Cookies, and Tracking
The Strujic Labs website may use basic technical logs and security tools needed to operate and protect the site. At this time, our current local-only app features do not require third-party analytics SDKs, third-party advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
Future websites or apps may use cookies, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, attribution, or measurement tools if those features are disclosed in this policy, a product-specific notice, consent flow, platform privacy label, or settings screen where required. If third-party advertising or cross-app tracking is added, we should update this policy and applicable app store privacy information before releasing that changed version.
Cookies are small files or similar technologies that may be stored on your device by a website or browser. If we use cookies or similar technologies, they may help remember preferences, operate security controls, understand traffic, measure performance, or support advertising where disclosed. Browser, device, and platform settings may let you block, delete, or limit cookies and similar technologies.
Some apps or services may process device or usage information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, coarse region inferred from network data, advertising or app-instance identifiers where permitted, interaction events, feature usage, and error reports. We use this information only as described in this policy or a product-specific notice.
Diagnostics and Crash Data
App stores, browsers, operating systems, analytics providers, and diagnostics providers may provide developers with crash logs, diagnostics, performance information, install data, or aggregate analytics if you choose to share that information with the provider or if the provider makes it available under its settings and policies. We use this information to diagnose bugs, improve stability, understand aggregate product performance, and maintain product quality.
Medical, Scientific, Currency, and Other Informational Content
Some apps may include medical laboratory unit conversions, scientific units, currency rates, explanatory text, AI-assisted outputs, or other informational tools. These features are informational only. They are not medical devices, financial advisers, laboratory systems, legal advisers, safety-critical engineering tools, navigation systems, emergency systems, or certified calibration tools.
Current local-only medical or scientific conversion inputs are processed on device and are not uploaded to our own server unless a product-specific notice clearly explains otherwise. You should avoid entering information that identifies a patient or another person.
Photos, Images, Visual Data, and AI Inputs
Some current or future apps may allow you to capture photos, select images, upload files, enter prompts, or provide other content for creative, productivity, analysis, or AI-assisted features. We only access your camera, photo library, files, microphone, or similar device resources when you grant permission or choose to use a feature that requires that access.
Photos, images, prompts, files, and other content may contain personal information. If a feature needs server-side or third-party processing, that content may be transmitted to service providers that help operate the requested feature. Unless a product-specific notice says otherwise, we do not use photos, images, or visual data to create biometric identifiers, perform facial recognition, or build facial feature maps.
Where an app stores visual data, generated results, history, or drafts locally, you can usually remove that data through available app controls or by deleting the app. Server-side retention, if any, should be described in the product-specific notice, feature screen, or support documentation for that product.
User Content, Feedback, and Suggestions
If you send feedback, suggestions, messages, bug reports, ideas, images, text, or other content to us, we may use that content to provide support, diagnose issues, improve products, develop features, and maintain records. You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate law, third-party rights, or confidentiality obligations.
If a future app allows user-generated content, accounts, cloud storage, AI processing, image processing, or public sharing, product-specific notices or settings should explain what is collected, how it is used, and what categories of service providers process it.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, secure, and improve our website, apps, support workflows, and services;
- respond to contact, support, privacy, billing, refund, and legal requests;
- process suggestions, bug reports, and product feedback;
- unlock, restore, or verify paid features and subscription status;
- operate currency, AI-assisted, cloud, or online features when a product offers them;
- diagnose crashes, troubleshoot issues, measure aggregate performance, and prevent abuse;
- comply with legal obligations, platform rules, and enforceable requests;
- protect Strujic Labs, users, products, systems, and the public.
Third-Party Services
We may use service providers and platform providers to operate our website, apps, support workflows, app distribution, purchases, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, diagnostics, security, currency features, AI features, analytics, advertising, or other product functionality. These may include cloud hosting providers, database providers, email delivery providers, app stores, payment and subscription processors, exchange-rate providers, analytics providers, diagnostics providers, AI processing providers, security providers, and other vendors.
Third-party providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices when they act independently. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data errors, provider changes, or changes to external data availability.
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information:
- to service providers that help provide website, app, support, email, cloud, diagnostics, purchase, or security functionality;
- to app stores, payment processors, or other platform providers for purchases, subscriptions, refunds, app distribution, diagnostics, or store compliance;
- to exchange-rate providers or other data providers when a feature requires their service;
- if required by law, legal process, or government request;
- to protect rights, safety, security, users, products, or the public;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transfer.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Legal Bases for Processing
Where a legal basis is required, processing is generally based on:
- providing website, app, support, and product features you request;
- performing our agreement with you;
- complying with legal obligations;
- protecting products, systems, users, and the public from fraud, abuse, or security issues;
- improving reliability and product quality;
- consent where required;
- legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Data Retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear it through available app controls, or delete the app. Currency cache entries may be refreshed or replaced automatically.
Website contact and suggestion submissions may be retained for support, product planning, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and business records. Purchase records are retained by app stores, payment processors, or other platform providers according to their policies. Diagnostics and aggregate analytics are retained according to the relevant platform or provider settings.
Deleting Data and Managing Consent
You can delete local app data by using available in-app controls, where provided, or by deleting the app. You can manage subscriptions, refunds, purchase history, diagnostics sharing, device backups, app permissions, ad personalization, tracking permissions, and app store privacy choices through your device, platform account, browser, or app store settings.
If you contact us with a privacy request, we may need information to verify the request and locate any relevant data. Because some apps do not maintain user accounts or server-side profiles, we may have little or no data that can be identified as yours unless you provide enough information for us to locate it.
Children
Our website and apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 or to children under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child where parental consent was required, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
International Availability and Transfers
Our website and apps may be available worldwide. Because users may access them from different countries, privacy rights can vary by location. App stores, cloud providers, email providers, analytics providers, diagnostics providers, exchange-rate providers, AI providers, and other service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, transfers are handled under the legal mechanisms and safeguards used by those providers and applicable law.
European and UK Privacy Rights
If the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar law applies to you, you may have rights to be informed, access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, restrict or object to processing, receive portable copies of information, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. These rights may be limited where we do not control or cannot identify the relevant data, such as information stored only on your device or information processed independently by a platform provider, app store, payment processor, or another provider.
California and US State Privacy Rights
If California or another US state privacy law applies to you, you may have rights to know what personal information is collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable; to limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable; and to be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information from children under 16.
Other Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as Brazil’s LGPD, Canada’s privacy laws, Australia’s Privacy Act, Japan’s APPI, South Korea’s PIPA, India’s DPDP Act, or similar laws in your country or region. These rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, objection to processing, restriction of processing, complaint rights, and information about service providers or international transfers. You may contact us to make a request. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our website, apps, legal requirements, service providers, subscriptions, data practices, or product features change. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective or last-updated date. Material updates may also be made available in the relevant app, support page, or app store listing where appropriate.
