These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Strujic Labs websites, mobile apps, subscriptions, purchases, digital products, support channels, and related services, including apps such as Convertology.
By accessing, downloading, installing, subscribing to, purchasing, or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our products or services.
Some products may include product-specific terms. Product-specific terms supplement these Terms. If there is a direct conflict, the product-specific terms control for that product.
These Terms are not intended to replace any mandatory terms that apply through an app store, platform, payment provider, or applicable law.

Strujic Labs is a brand and website operated by Adnan Strujic. It is used for our websites, apps, support channels, subscriptions, purchases, and related digital services.
Where a postal address, phone number, or additional trader information is required by law or platform rules, that information may be provided through the applicable app store listing, product-specific notice, legal notice, support page, or other required channel.

App Stores and Platforms
For apps distributed through an app store or platform, the app store or platform provider may have its own terms, billing rules, refund processes, usage rules, subscription rules, device requirements, age-rating rules, and privacy practices.
You must comply with the rules that apply to the platform through which you obtained the app.
If you download or purchase an app through the Apple App Store, your use of that app may also be governed by Apple’s terms, rules, policies, and standard licensed application end user license agreement, unless a separate custom license applies.
App stores and platform providers are responsible for payment processing, certain tax handling, subscription management, cancellation flows, refund request handling, and account-level purchase records, according to their own rules and applicable law.
We do not control app store decisions, refund decisions, payment processing, tax handling, account access, app store availability, platform outages, or platform policy changes.
Apple-Specific Terms
For apps obtained through the Apple App Store:
- these Terms are between you and Adnan Strujic, operating the Strujic Labs brand, not Apple;
- Adnan Strujic, operating the Strujic Labs brand, is responsible for the app and its content, except where these Terms or applicable law state otherwise;
- your license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the usage rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing, volume purchasing, or other Apple-supported sharing features where Apple permits it;
- Apple is not responsible for the app or its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
- Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the app or your use of the app, except where required by law;
- if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, according to Apple’s policies; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation for the app;
- if a third-party claim alleges that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Adnan Strujic, operating the Strujic Labs brand, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim, to the extent required by these Terms and applicable law;
- you must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.
These Apple-specific terms apply only to the extent required by Apple’s rules and applicable law.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use the applicable app or service for personal or internal use on devices and accounts permitted by the applicable app store, platform rules, and applicable law.
You may not:
- copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer our products;
- modify or create derivative works based on our products;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law;
- bypass purchase, subscription, entitlement, security, rate-limit, or access controls;
- use our products to violate laws, sanctions, export-control rules, app store rules, or third-party rights;
- interfere with or disrupt our products, systems, website, infrastructure, or service providers;
- use automated requests in a way that burdens our products or providers;
- scrape, harvest, copy, or extract data from our products in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law;
- upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or harmful content;
- misrepresent your identity, purchase status, or subscription status.
Availability
Our website and apps may be offered in many countries and regions.
Features, prices, taxes, subscription offers, trial availability, currency availability, data providers, language support, platform availability, and legal rights may vary by location.
We may restrict, suspend, modify, or stop offering a product, service, subscription, or feature where required by law, sanctions, export-control rules, platform rules, service-provider limitations, app store availability, or operational needs.
We do not guarantee that any product, service, feature, subscription, data provider, language, currency, unit, formula, rate, or platform support will remain available forever.
Eligibility and Accounts
Our products are intended for a general audience.
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by local law to use our products.
Most current Strujic Labs apps do not require an account. If a future product or feature allows accounts, you agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
Free and Paid Features
Some Strujic Labs products may include free features, paid features, in-app purchases, trials, subscriptions, or premium functionality.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or change free or paid features over time, subject to applicable law and app store rules.
Access to paid or premium functionality may depend on your active purchase, subscription, trial, entitlement status, app version, device compatibility, network availability, and successful verification by the applicable app store, payment provider, or subscription entitlement provider.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to free or premium features.
Subscriptions, Trials, Purchases, and Billing
Some Strujic Labs apps may offer premium access through auto-renewing subscriptions, introductory offers, free trials, one-time purchases, or other paid features.
For example, Convertology Premium may be offered as auto-renewing weekly and yearly subscription plans.
A subscription unlocks premium functionality while the subscription remains active, unless otherwise stated in the purchase flow or app store listing.
Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, trial eligibility, included features, cancellation details, currencies, taxes, and promotions are shown before purchase in the applicable app store purchase sheet, platform purchase flow, or product flow.
Pricing, trial availability, subscription availability, included features, and billing periods may vary by country, currency, storefront, device, app version, app store, and time.
Payment is handled by the applicable app store, platform, or payment provider. We do not directly receive or store your full payment card number for app store purchases.
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period, according to the rules of the applicable app store, platform, or payment provider.
For Apple App Store purchases:
- payment is charged to your Apple ID account;
- subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period, according to Apple’s rules;
- your account may be charged for renewal before the end of the current period;
- renewal pricing and terms are shown by Apple before confirmation where required;
- you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Cancellation
You are responsible for canceling subscriptions through the app store, platform, or payment provider where you purchased them.
For Apple App Store subscriptions, you can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple’s subscription settings.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current billing period.
After cancellation, you may continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current paid period, unless the app store, payment provider, or applicable law provides otherwise.
Restore Purchases
Where supported, our apps may include a “Restore Purchases” feature.
Restore functionality depends on confirmation from the applicable app store, payment provider, or subscription entitlement provider.
Restore may not work if:
- the purchase is not active;
- the subscription has expired;
- you are using a different app store account;
- the app store cannot verify the transaction;
- network issues prevent verification;
- app store or service-provider issues prevent verification;
- the entitlement provider reports no active entitlement;
- the product is no longer available or has changed;
- the app, device, account, platform, or provider is misconfigured or unavailable.
Refunds
Refunds for app store purchases and subscriptions are handled by the applicable app store, platform, or payment provider, not directly by Strujic Labs.
For Apple App Store purchases, refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies and applicable law.
We do not control Apple’s refund decisions, refund timing, or refund eligibility rules.
For purchases processed directly by Strujic Labs, if any, refund eligibility will be described at the point of purchase or handled as required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
Premium Entitlement
Premium access depends on an active entitlement reported by the applicable app store, payment provider, or subscription entitlement provider.
Premium access may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- network issues;
- app store outages;
- payment provider issues;
- subscription verification delays;
- entitlement provider outages;
- device issues;
- account issues;
- configuration issues;
- maintenance;
- bugs;
- software updates;
- security updates;
- platform restrictions;
- service-provider changes;
- incorrect local cache state;
- interrupted internet access.
We may make reasonable efforts to restore access where appropriate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to premium features.
Premium access may be managed through third-party subscription entitlement providers. These providers help verify purchases, restore subscriptions, determine entitlement status, and keep premium access in sync across app launches, devices, and app store accounts where supported.
If entitlement verification is delayed or unavailable, the app may temporarily show limited access until the app store or entitlement provider confirms the active purchase or subscription.
Product Changes
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue products or features at any time, subject to applicable law and app store rules.
For converter, calculator, productivity, reference, or similar apps, this may include changes to:
- units;
- formulas;
- conversion catalogs;
- currency data;
- reference data;
- precision settings;
- rounding behavior;
- localization;
- search;
- favorites;
- history;
- design;
- premium features;
- free features;
- subscription features;
- supported platforms;
- third-party data sources;
- online features;
- offline features.
We may also change free and paid feature boundaries over time, subject to applicable law and app store rules.
Accuracy, Bugs, and Informational Use
Our converter, calculator, reference, productivity, currency, AI-assisted, and informational products are designed to provide useful information and high-quality results.
However, software is never perfect. Bugs, crashes, calculation errors, rounding issues, outdated data, formula mistakes, localization mistakes, incorrect unit labels, incorrect category mappings, incorrect currency rates, third-party data errors, service interruptions, device-specific issues, and other problems can happen.
Results may be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, approximate, outdated, unavailable, or unsuitable for your purpose.
Our products are provided for informational and general productivity purposes only.
You are responsible for independently verifying results before relying on them for important, professional, or high-risk purposes, including:
- medical or clinical use;
- health-related decisions;
- laboratory work;
- engineering;
- scientific research;
- financial decisions;
- tax decisions;
- legal decisions;
- construction;
- manufacturing;
- aviation;
- navigation;
- industrial operations;
- safety-critical systems;
- compliance obligations;
- professional advice;
- emergency use.
Do not rely on our products as your sole source of truth for critical calculations, professional decisions, safety decisions, medical decisions, financial decisions, legal decisions, or compliance obligations.
You use the products and any results at your own risk.
Informational Features
Some Strujic Labs products may include medical laboratory unit conversions, scientific units, currency rates, explanatory text, AI-assisted outputs, or other informational tools.
These features are not:
- medical devices;
- clinical decision systems;
- financial advisers;
- investment advisers;
- legal advisers;
- tax advisers;
- safety-critical engineering tools;
- navigation systems;
- laboratory instruments;
- emergency systems;
- certified calibration tools;
- professional compliance systems.
Currency rates, exchange rates, scientific references, formulas, AI-assisted outputs, and similar data may be delayed, incomplete, approximate, outdated, unavailable, or inaccurate.
Some products may include AI-assisted, automated, or generated content. Such content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-assisted output before relying on it.
You should verify important results with authoritative sources before relying on them.
Third-Party Services and Data
Our products may use third-party services, including:
- app stores;
- payment processors;
- analytics providers;
- crash reporting providers;
- subscription entitlement providers;
- hosting services;
- APIs;
- security providers;
- email providers;
- currency providers;
- reference-data providers;
- AI providers;
- external data sources.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Analytics, diagnostics, and crash-reporting services may help us understand app stability, feature usage, navigation patterns, purchase flow status, and technical issues. These services are used to improve our products and are subject to our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, data inaccuracies, terms, privacy practices, pricing changes, provider changes, refund decisions, app store decisions, payment processing, tax handling, or availability, except where required by law.
Some features may depend on third-party services and may be unavailable if those services are unavailable, changed, discontinued, restricted, blocked, or no longer compatible.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use our products unlawfully;
- misuse our products;
- interfere with product operation;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, accounts, infrastructure, or service providers;
- transmit malicious code or harmful content;
- bypass purchase, subscription, entitlement, security, rate-limit, or access controls;
- violate applicable laws, sanctions, export-control rules, app store rules, or third-party rights;
- use automated systems to abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt our products;
- submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading, confidential, or violates another person’s rights;
- use our products in a way that could damage Strujic Labs, users, service providers, platforms, or the public.
Feedback and User Content
If you send suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feedback, messages, images, text, or other content to us, you allow us to use that content to provide support, improve products, develop features, diagnose issues, and operate the services without restriction or compensation, while respecting applicable privacy commitments.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, process, and analyze it as needed to provide, support, secure, and improve our products and services.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate law, confidentiality duties, third-party rights, or these Terms.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party information unless it is necessary and you have the right to provide it.
Intellectual Property
Our products, websites, apps, designs, logos, names, text, graphics, software, code, databases, formulas, workflows, conversion catalogs, documentation, and other materials are owned by Adnan Strujic, operating the Strujic Labs brand, or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, you do not receive any ownership rights in our products or materials.
You may not use Strujic Labs names, logos, branding, or product materials without our permission except where allowed by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information.
By using our products, you acknowledge that our Privacy Policy applies to your use of our products and services.

Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of:
- merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- accuracy;
- completeness;
- availability;
- uninterrupted operation;
- error-free operation;
- non-infringement;
- reliability;
- security;
- compatibility;
- suitability for professional use;
- suitability for critical use;
- suitability for medical, financial, legal, engineering, laboratory, industrial, emergency, or safety-critical use.
We do not guarantee that:
- products will be uninterrupted;
- products will be secure;
- products will be error-free;
- results will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your purpose;
- calculations will always be correct;
- formulas will always be correct;
- currency rates will always be current;
- reference data will always be accurate;
- AI-assisted content will always be accurate;
- bugs or defects will be corrected immediately;
- premium features will always be available without interruption;
- third-party services will remain available or unchanged;
- subscription verification will always be instant;
- app stores, payment providers, entitlement providers, or data providers will always work correctly;
- local data, favorites, history, settings, or cached information will never be lost;
- the app will work on every device, operating system version, language, region, or configuration.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adnan Strujic, operating the Strujic Labs brand, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages.
This includes damages or losses related to:
- lost profits;
- lost revenue;
- lost savings;
- lost data;
- lost business;
- business interruption;
- inaccurate results;
- incorrect calculations;
- incorrect unit conversions;
- incorrect currency rates;
- incorrect reference data;
- incorrect AI-assisted output;
- reliance on app results;
- device issues;
- app crashes;
- software bugs;
- service interruption;
- failed subscription verification;
- lost premium access;
- app store issues;
- third-party provider issues;
- loss of goodwill;
- loss of opportunity;
- professional errors;
- financial losses;
- legal, tax, medical, clinical, laboratory, engineering, industrial, safety, compliance, or operational consequences.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that we will not be responsible for damages arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on our products, even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our products or services will be limited to the amount you paid for the product or subscription giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim.
If you did not pay anything for the product or service, our total liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
If you live in a jurisdiction that provides non-waivable rights, these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by those laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory cancellation rights, refund rights, warranty rights, privacy rights, or dispute rights that apply in your country or region.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adnan Strujic, operating the Strujic Labs brand, from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your use or misuse of our products;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of law;
- your violation of third-party rights;
- content or information you submit to us;
- your reliance on app results for high-risk or professional purposes without independent verification.
This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
Export Control and Sanctions
You may not use, download, export, re-export, or transfer our products in violation of applicable export-control laws, sanctions laws, or trade restrictions.
You represent that you are not located in a country or region where your use of our products would be prohibited by applicable law, and that you are not on any restricted-party list that would prohibit your use of our products.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using our products at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to products, services, or premium features if:
- you violate these Terms;
- you misuse our products;
- you create security or operational risk;
- you violate platform rules;
- your use creates legal risk;
- we are required to do so by law, platform rules, service-provider rules, sanctions, or app store requirements;
- a product, service, provider, platform, or feature is discontinued.
Stopping use or deleting an app does not automatically cancel subscriptions. Subscriptions must be canceled through the applicable app store, platform, or payment provider.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute-related provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the updated date above.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, app store listing, support page, or another appropriate method.
Your continued use of our products after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using our products.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of your country, state, province, or region.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights, cancellation rights, refund rights, warranty rights, or dispute rights that apply in your country or region.
Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at info@strujiclabs.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Courts and authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law may handle disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
