Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Strujic Labs websites, support channels, apps, subscriptions, purchases, and future Strujic Labs products or services that link to these terms. By accessing, downloading, installing, subscribing to, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Some apps or products may include product-specific terms. Product-specific terms supplement these terms. If there is a direct conflict, the product-specific terms control for that product.
Provider and Contact
Strujic Labs provides the website and the apps or services that link to these terms. For support, legal questions, privacy requests, billing questions, or notices, contact info@strujiclabs.com or use the support contact listed on the relevant app store product page.
App Stores and Other Platforms
For apps distributed through an app store or platform, these terms are between you and Strujic Labs, not the app store or platform provider, unless platform rules say otherwise. Strujic Labs is responsible for the app and its content, subject to the limits in these terms and applicable law. Platform providers may have third-party beneficiary rights where their rules require it.
The app store or platform provider may have its own terms, billing rules, refund processes, usage rules, family-sharing rules, and device requirements. You must comply with the rules that apply to the platform through which you obtained the app.
License
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the applicable app or service for personal or internal use on devices and accounts permitted by the app store, platform rules, and applicable law.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer the services except as allowed by these terms or applicable law.
Worldwide Availability
Our website and apps may be offered in many countries and regions. Features, prices, taxes, subscription offers, currency availability, data providers, language support, and legal rights may vary by location. We may restrict, suspend, or stop offering a service or specific feature where required by law, sanctions, export-control rules, platform rules, service-provider limitations, app store availability, or operational needs.
Eligibility and Accounts
Our services are intended for a general audience. You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by local law to use them.
Most current Strujic Labs apps do not require an account. If a future app or feature allows accounts, you agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. If account deletion is available, instructions will be provided in the app, support page, or Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions, Trials, Purchases, and Billing
Premium access may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions, introductory offers, free trials, one-time purchases, or other paid features. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, trial eligibility, included features, and cancellation details are shown before purchase in the applicable app store purchase sheet or product flow.
For app store or platform purchases, purchases are charged through your platform account or payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by the platform or required by applicable law. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform account settings, app store subscription screen, or other purchase-management flow provided by the platform.
Before purchase, the app or platform purchase sheet should show the subscription name, duration, features included during the subscription period, full renewal price in the applicable currency, trial length if any, price after trial, renewal terms, and restore or manage-subscription options. App store metadata and the app should include accessible links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Refunds
App store, platform, or payment-provider purchases and refunds are handled by the provider that processed the purchase and are subject to that provider’s policies and applicable law. Request refunds through the applicable provider’s refund process.
We may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases processed by an app store, platform, or payment provider. For purchases processed directly by Strujic Labs, refund eligibility will be described at the point of purchase or handled as required by applicable law.
Where platform rules allow or require it, we may share limited purchase-consumption information with the platform provider to help evaluate refund requests, prevent fraud, or comply with app store policies. Past subscription periods or already-used paid features may not be refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the services;
- interfere with their operation;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, accounts, or infrastructure;
- transmit malicious code or harmful content;
- bypass purchase, subscription, rate limit, security, or access controls;
- violate applicable laws, sanctions, export-control rules, app store rules, or third-party rights;
- use automated requests in a way that burdens our website, apps, exchange-rate providers, cloud services, email services, or other providers;
- submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or violates another person’s rights.
Feedback and User Content
If you send suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feedback, messages, images, text, or other content, you allow Strujic Labs to use that content to provide support, improve products, develop features, diagnose issues, and operate the services without restriction or obligation, while respecting applicable privacy commitments.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and process it as needed to provide and improve the services. You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate law, confidentiality duties, third-party rights, or these terms.
Accuracy and High-Risk Use
The services are provided as convenience and informational tools. We work to provide useful information, but errors, rounding differences, outdated rates, incomplete data, software bugs, AI mistakes, source-data issues, service outages, and provider changes can occur. You are responsible for checking important results before relying on them.
The services are not intended for use as medical devices, clinical decision systems, financial advisers, legal advisers, safety-critical engineering tools, navigation systems, laboratory instruments, emergency systems, certified calibration tools, or professional compliance systems. Do not rely on the services as the only basis for medical care, financial transactions, legal compliance, engineering safety, aviation, industrial control, emergency response, or any other high-risk activity.
Medical, Scientific, Currency, AI, and Other Informational Features
Medical laboratory conversions and explanatory text are for general education and unit-format comparison only. Reference ranges, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical interpretation depend on the patient, specimen, laboratory method, jurisdiction, and clinician judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Currency conversions may use third-party exchange-rate data and may be delayed, unavailable, rounded, cached, or different from rates offered by banks, card networks, brokers, merchants, or money-transfer providers. Currency features are not financial advice and should not be used as the sole basis for trading, tax, accounting, or payment decisions.
AI-assisted or automated features, if offered, may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected outputs. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before using them, especially for important personal, professional, legal, health, safety, or financial decisions.
Third-Party Services and Content
The services may use third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, cloud providers, database providers, email delivery providers, exchange-rate providers, AI providers, diagnostics providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, security providers, and other vendors. Provider identity may change over time and can be requested through support where disclosure is required by applicable law.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data errors, provider changes, external data availability, app store decisions, payment processing, refund decisions, or third-party content.
Intellectual Property
The website, apps, design, text, code, graphics, images, icons, trademarks, product names, and other content are owned by Strujic Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property except as allowed by these terms or with written permission.
Product Information and Changes
Website, help center, and app store content may describe planned, experimental, or future features. Product availability, platform support, prices, subscriptions, trial offers, data providers, and capabilities may change.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time. We may also update these terms when the website, apps, legal requirements, subscription offerings, platform rules, or service providers change. Continued use after updated terms are made available means you accept the updated terms, except where a different notice, consent, or acceptance process is required by law.
Privacy and Regional Rights
Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Users in the European Union, United Kingdom, California, and other regions may have mandatory privacy, consumer, subscription, cancellation, refund, or dispute rights under local law. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strujic Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, device functionality, or service access, arising from or related to the services or these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region. If a provision is unenforceable in your location, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to services or premium features if you violate these terms, misuse the services, create security or operational risk, violate platform rules, or if continued access would create legal risk. Subscription cancellation and refunds remain handled through the applicable platform provider where the purchase was made.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law. If a specific governing law is identified by Strujic Labs, an app provider listing, or an app store listing, it applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights, cancellation rights, refund rights, or dispute rights that apply in your country or region.
